Initial Consultation

The purpose of our initial consultation is for all parties and pets to meet and get acquainted. During the initial consultation, we will go over all of your care instructions and have you show us where all of the pet supplies are kept. We will also collect a key to your home. We want you and your pets to feel comfortable with us so please feel free to ask questions of us at our meeting.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards as well as debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo.

Payment Policy

For existing client's credit cards are processed at the time service is scheduled with the credit card placed on file within Leashtime.  For new client's, we will collect payment at the scheduled initial consultation.

Online Schedule System

We utilize a state of the art, secure online scheduling and client management system for the pet care professional called Leashtime. Once you are signed up with our service and have a login to our system, you can log in anytime day or night and schedule pet care visits, update your pet, home or credit card information. We do require all scheduling and cancellation of visits to be done by you within Leashtime.

Food and Supplies

Client understands and agrees to ensure that an adequate amount of food and/or other supplies are available, obtainable, in good condition, and in a location that we can easily locate in the home prior to the commencement of service and for the duration of the service period. Client understands and agrees that depletion of such food and/or other supplies would require us to replenish supplies with the same or a reasonable substitute in any quantity at Client's expense, plus any additional travel and time surcharges.

Alarm Systems

For Your Privileged Pets is not liable for any charges, fines resulting from the malfunction or unintended triggering of a security system

Holiday Surcharges

Client understands and agrees that a one time Holiday surcharge of $18.00 will be applied for the following holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve. This surcharge is paid directly to your pet care provider and applied as a gratuity.

Veterinarian Care

Client agrees that In the event of pet illness or other medical emergencies in which Client's specified Veterinarian is unavailable, the pet will be taken to the closest Veterinarian or an emergency care facility. Client understands and agrees that attempts will be made to contact them in case of emergency and if Client is unreachable, For Your Privileged Pets has Client's permission to authorize any care that the Veterinarian deems necessary for pet's health safety and survival. Client understands and agrees that they are solely responsible for all costs and fees charged by the Veterinarian during their absence, which may include x-rays, blood work, surgery and/or other expensive procedures.

Plant Care

Client understands and agrees that upon request For Your Privileged Pets and their staff members will provide reasonable plant maintenance for indoor plants, as a courtesy at no charge, however, For Your Privileged Pets and their staff members will not be responsible in the event that the plant (s) becomes damaged.

Key Handling

For Your Privileged Pets will collect a key to your home at our scheduled initial consultation.

Minimum Visits

Client understands and agrees that For Your Privileged Pets must visit with cats a minimum of one time within a 24 hour period.

Pet And Home Care

Client agrees that all information provided to For Your Privileged Pets and their staff is current, accurate and complete. For Your Privileged Pets agrees to provide the services stated in the Client Profile within the Leashtime software, in a reliable, caring and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services, the Client expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against For Your Privileged Pets and their staff members.

Dog Park Outings

Client understands and agrees that For Your Privileged Pets and staff members do not provide outings to local dog parks due to the unpredictability of the temperament of dogs as well as any exposure to an illness that might be present.
